The CaliBall2™ is designed to mount directly into Zygo® style 4" bayonet mounts so no additional hardware is needed to position the CaliBall™ in front of the transmission sphere being calibrated. The Zygo®, Wyco (Veeco) or PhaseShift/KLA 4" mounts all accept the CaliBall2™ and provide a stable, adjustable means for locating the center of the CaliBall at the focus of the transmission sphere needing calibration using the random ball test.
